Job Description
Digital Business Development
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Company’s digital transformation strategy, projects and initiatives.
- Build, maintain and continuously enhance digital platforms and capabilities for selling insurance products.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to design, implement and optimize digital sales and service processes.
- Develop digital solutions for existing customers, prospects and new customer segments.
- Identify and propose innovative digital solutions to maximize business opportunities and digital resources.
Management & Project Coordination
- Support the management of Digital Business Development operations.
- Develop, update and implement departmental guidelines, processes and procedures.
- Coach and develop junior team members to build a strong and capable team.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure digital initiatives are delivered on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and ensure the quality and timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepare regular reports and perform other project management duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Developer certifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript, PHP and C#.
- Experience with Express.js, React, Laravel, .NET Framework/.NET Core or equivalent technologies.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and development tools that improve efficiency while maintaining code quality.
- A strong business mindset is an advantage.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience developing digital systems and integrating systems through APIs, including RESTful and SOAP.
- Experience in e-commerce system development is a plus.
