Job Description:
- Oversee and supervise the management activities of the Digital Business Division.
- Develop and implement business programs to promote the sale of securities products and services through digital channels to attract customers and increase market share.
- Develop and analyze products, services, sales policies, and customer development policies based on the study of competitors' products/services.
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of products/services and customer behavior data on digital channels.
- Advise on new policies/products/services and propose adjustments to existing policies/products/services for customers at MBS.
- Organize and implement marketing campaigns to attract customers.
- Maintain and develop both new and existing customer portfolios.
- Organize and develop cross-selling with MB Bank and other member companies within the MB Group.
- Develop and finalize product regulations and processes related to Digital Business Division activities.
- Develop and implement annual/periodic business plans.
General Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in the Digital Business sector or the financial/banking/securities industry.
- Held equivalent management positions in other financial institutions.
- Knowledgeable about the securities market and relevant legal documents.
- Proficient in corporate governance, financial management, information system management, and other functions within the company.
- Securities Brokerage Certificate and Derivative Securities Certificate are required.
Preferences:
- Candidates with experience in financial institutions, securities companies, banks, fintech, digital marketing, or technology companies are preferred.
- Candidates with CFA or CMT certifications and experience in Digital Transformation projects are preferred.
- IELTS score of 7.0 or higher, or TOEIC score of 750 or higher.
- Possession of fund management/financial analysis certification.
