Digital Marketing Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    This position shall be responsible for the integrated management of all brands, consolidation of knowledge, as well as operation & management.

    • Develop a digital strategy, including new initiatives, and help develop and carry out departmental strategies;
    • Allocate resources, establish a goal, and make sure the segment reaches its goal; be in in control of the section's budget planning and forecasting, budget utilization monitoring, and other budget tactics;
    • Work together with the agency to develop a plan for digital communication, see that it is carried out as planned, and put it into action
    • Verify all quotes for cost-effectiveness and effectiveness maximization;
    • Ensure that the content promised in the quotation is delivered, and then move through with the payment procedure with the accounting section; after completing the prescribed activities linked to communication activity, review the outcomes with a high level of correctness and reliability;
    • In the event that unforeseen problems affect the company, in particular those connected to digital advertising, handle the resolution and make an improvement plan; predict and detect risks in the section's operations in order to manage any likelihood or impact on the Department and Company; carry out risk management (information security, legislation, etc.) instruction and mentoring for members in everyday operations, particularly advanced marketing;
    • Participate in developing the division's operations and business from a corporate standpoint.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Advanced competence in compliance, cooperation, and self-development;
    • Strong statistical analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and resource/project/business management abilities, in addition to having excellent English skills;
    • Having a fundamental understanding of digital network architecture and technologies, including the web and apps;
    • Having over 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, 3+ years of expertise in digital marketing (particularly in deploying DX such as DMP/ MMM) and 3+ years of experience in planning & managerial positions.
