Role overview
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and detail-oriented digital marketer who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for customers and clinicians. This role sits within the commercial/marketing function for a therapeutic business unit and will partner closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute digital strategy that supports brand growth and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Co-develop and roll out the digital marketing strategy for the therapeutic business unit’s key brands, in close collaboration with brand marketers.
- Translate business targets into digital OKRs and measure progress against those goals.
- Lead the implementation and centralized tracking of omnichannel campaigns and workflows across the business unit.
- Use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and inform future digital plans.
- Scout and evaluate emerging digital technologies and platforms; provide thought leadership on potential adoption.
- Act as an omnichannel capability builder: document and share best practices, accelerate adoption of tools/processes, and upskill colleagues across the BU.
Qualifications & experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, economics or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
- Proven experience leading digital campaigns and managing content for multi-channel activation.
- Comfortable using analytics and tracking tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Confident English communication skills (written & spoken).
