Digital Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    E-commerce Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and implement online sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

    • Manage eCommerce platforms, including online stores and mobile applications.

    • Oversee website performance, analytics, and optimization initiatives.

    • Collaborate with sales and brand teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.

    Digital Marketing

    • Lead digital marketing activities across channels such as websites, social media, CRM, SEO, and email/SMS campaigns.

    • Track and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs like traffic, conversions, and engagement.

    • Allocate marketing budgets and resources effectively across platforms.

    Content & Communication

    • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

    • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing initiatives.

    • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

    Market & Industry Insights

    • Stay informed of eCommerce and digital marketing trends and innovations.

    • Adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness and maintain competitiveness in the market.

    Central/Regional Support

    • Receive technical support for website and eCommerce systems.

    • Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy consultations with regional or global teams.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or digital marketing roles within dynamic industries.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

    • Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Vietnam.

    • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and solid presentation skills.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools.

    • Awareness of market segmentation, competition, and relevant government policies.

    • Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused.

    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
