Responsibilities
- Develop the OT cybersecurity strategy for the group’s industrial ecosystem (manufacturing, energy, logistics, etc.).
- Design and implement OT cybersecurity systems, including segmentation, industrial firewalls, access control, PLC security, IDS/IPS, and asset management.
- Collaborate with IT cybersecurity teams to build a secure and efficient IT/OT integration model.
- Lead a team of OT cybersecurity experts and manage security testing programs for ICS/SCADA.
- Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, organize drills, and coordinate incident response for industrial control systems.
- Work with OT system vendors (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, etc.) to update vulnerabilities and implement security guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with standards: IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO 27019.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical/Automation Engineering, or Information Security.
- Minimum of 7 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems: SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI, etc.
- Deep understanding of the Purdue model, OT network layers (0–5), and protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profibus, etc.
- Experience with OT cybersecurity tools: Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable OT, etc.
- Preferred certifications: GICSP, IEC 62443, CISM, CISSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 Expert.
- Strong communication and advisory skills for engaging plant leaders and operational engineers.
