Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee category operations, including managing product launch timelines, event planning, traffic management, and driving key marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive merchandise assortment strategy for specific categories, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Participate in OTB (Open-to-Buy) discussions with the Planning team to achieve targets in sales, profitability, and inventory turnover.
• Cultivate and maintain robust vendor relationships, proactively seeking new partnerships to expand the product portfolio.
• Lead visual content creation and ensure execution aligns with brand style guidelines.
• Stay ahead of market trends by continuously analyzing social media dynamics and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in Buying, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry, particularly in an e-commerce setting.
• Proven expertise in negotiating with vendors, with a focus on securing high-quality products, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace for effective data analysis and reporting.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and an unwavering attention to detail.
