JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the QEHS Department to meet the Health & Safety, Quality, and Delivery targets
- Establish and follow guidelines and processes in accordance with the Group's Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Policies and Processes;
- Promote process improvements for product quality;
- Maintain two-way reporting of Quality & EHS information between the company and the global QEHS community;
- Be a member of the Leadership team and contribute to the effective functioning of Asia manufacturing through management of the QEHS team and collaboration with others;
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Proven track record of leading a Quality and/or EHS function, as well as the ability to translate procedures and methodologies into actual workplace practice and employee mindset in a matrix manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities to influence, develop, and coach team members.
- Understanding of common manufacturing technologies and product development processes.
- Understanding of tools and methodologies such as DMAIC, DFSS, Project Management, and Agile;
- Ability to facilitate collaborations between plant functions.
- Results-driven.
- Excellent command of both English and Vietnamese
