JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create a quality management system and oversee the performance and delivery of company outputs and deliverables to clients and customers.
- Maintain an accurate and complete record of financials, assessments, risk management, budget, and safety discipline, and lead and execute the quality goals and strategy.
- Responsible for the creation and management of site-specific Quality standard operating procedures and associated records throughout their lifecycle.
- Forecast and manage resource and budget requirements
- Accountable for attracting talent and developing a high-performing Quality team
- Mentor and develop team members while ensuring team agility, versatility, and expertise redundancy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Quality, Engineering (both MFG Quality and R&D Quality) for Li-ion Batteries, including 5 years in a similar management role
- Successfully created and maintained a quality culture in a large global organization
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the development, planning, coordination, and leadership of QMS management activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in the qualification/validation of analytical methods used in Li-ion battery testing.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented approach and proven leadership track record, including people development and project management
