Director of Rooms

    About the hiring company: Our client is a 5* resort with a stunning concept and international standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and guide the Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, and Security teams, ensuring all departments are fully aligned with the resort's objectives and quality standards.
    • Supervise and optimize operational processes across all areas under your responsibility, driving efficiency and enhancing guest satisfaction.
    • Oversee staffing levels and team productivity, adjusting for fluctuating business needs and seasonal changes.
    • Establish and maintain a high standard for outstanding guest service, consistently setting an example in every guest interaction.
    • Design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue growth across all the departments you manage.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in the same position at well-known brands.
    • Strong experience in Housekeeping management is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
    • Strong business insight and a demonstrated ability to consistently meet and surpass challenging business targets.
    • Highly proactive, meticulous, and committed to delivering superior guest experiences.
    • Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a track record of implementing practical and successful solutions.
    • A team-oriented leader, adept at fostering positive and productive working relationships across multiple departments.
