The role focuses on ensuring exceptional software quality through automation, robust test coverage, and comprehensive real-world validation across a complex and rapidly evolving technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Build a Software Quality team from the ground up in Vietnam, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development.

Define and lead software quality assurance strategies with an emphasis on automation, reliability, scalability, and performance testing for advanced computing solutions.

Design, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, expand coverage, and support continuous integration practices.

Work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing groups to establish quality objectives, requirements, and real-life validation scenarios.

Establish measurable quality indicators and use data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Mentor team members and cultivate a culture centered on quality, innovation, and ongoing improvement.

Engage early in the product development lifecycle to embed quality considerations into design, architecture, and implementation.

Create and operate standardized processes for testing large-scale, distributed systems, including stress, scale, failover, and resiliency testing.

Oversee security and compliance testing to ensure alignment with relevant standards for cloud and data-center technologies.

Promote strong CI/CD practices by integrating testing effectively into development pipelines.
Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.

12+ years of overall experience and at least 6 years in leadership roles driving strategic quality initiatives.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling global teams, including establishing new locations and recruiting high-caliber talent.

Extensive experience in test automation, code coverage strategies, and performance testing for distributed or large-scale systems.

Strong understanding of AI, healthcare technologies, cloud platforms, and data-center ecosystems.

Solid programming and scripting capabilities for automation (e.g., Python, C++).
