DTC Management

    Overview

    This position is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously enhancing a direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital platform and membership ecosystem to deliver a high-quality, seamless, and engaging user experience. The role combines strategic planning, operational execution, and data-driven analysis to drive user acquisition, retention, loyalty, and overall business growth through effective campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digital Strategy & Growth

    • Develop and implement DTC strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives to strengthen digital presence and application adoption

    • Identify growth opportunities to improve user engagement, CRM conversion, and retention through targeted campaigns and ecosystem partnerships

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and regional stakeholders, to ensure consistent customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints

    App & Membership Operations

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the membership application, ensuring system stability, continuous optimization, and high user satisfaction

    • Oversee voucher and member benefit operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution

    • Partner with regional IT and operations teams to test, launch, and localize digital features for the local market

    Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Plan and execute digital and membership marketing campaigns, ensuring effective budget utilization and cost control

    • Own and maintain the membership campaign calendar, aligning regional initiatives with local market priorities

    • Design and manage voucher, reward, and loyalty mechanics in collaboration with Marketing and functional leaders

    • Ensure seamless coordination between app-based campaigns and in-store execution

    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience

    • Proven experience in developing digital campaigns, conducting competitive analysis, and using data insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives

    • Proficient in English for cross-regional collaboration

    • Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with external vendors or agencies

    • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools, with the ability to present data and strategies clearly and persuasively

    • Hands-on, open-minded, and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
