Job Responsibilities
E-commerce Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms.
- Set online sales targets and collaborate with brand managers.
- Manage the company's website performance.
- Optimize website, run marketing campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing channels (website, social media, CRM).
- Manage resources, track performance, and monitor key metrics.
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Present data and recommendations to management.
Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
- Evaluate and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
Tasks handled by Central/Regional Teams:
- Provide website and e-commerce technical support.
- Conduct monthly reviews of social media performance.
Job Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or related field within a fast-paced industry (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics), with a focus on automotive.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese consumer behavior in the automotive industry.
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with sales and marketing software.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, market segmentation, and Vietnamese government policies.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
