• Creating frameworks for the employee experience
• Developing methods for measuring and evaluating involvement (like as surveys)
• Developing communication strategies that give employees a voice
• Examining management techniques and how they affect the working environment
• Developing proactive well-being strategies within the company to promote both mental and physical wellbeing
• Examining and improving the employer brand; Establishing a culture of empowerment and trust;
• Evaluating how policies and people practices affect the working environment for employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of HR-related work experience; a creative and passionate approach to people's engagement
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Possess the ability to build trust among workers.
• Excellent analytical skills to accurately determine the needs of employees, analyse feedback, and convert it
into recommendations that can be put into practice to enhance the working environment of a company.
• Organisational abilities for a range of administrative responsibilities, including managing benefits
administration and keeping up with personnel files
• Proven ability to influence and facilitate decision-making
