Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Understand assigned products and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned products with customers and the regional office.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Energy Sector.

Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors to identify new business
opportunities.
-
Set sales targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance.
-
Conduct sales visits to customers, understand their requirements, and provide
equipment recommendations.
-
Communicate regularly with product management teams.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions from the product range.

Negotiate and finalize sales deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
3. Order Completion and Coordination:
-
Work with the headquarters team and partners to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.

Address product availability, quality, or delivery issues in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
-
Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Prepare and issue quotations based on customer specifications.
4. CRM:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and order updates.

Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
-
Utilize CRM systems to log activities and maintain order status records.
-
Generate regular sales reports, order status updates, and analyses for management
review.

Track sales activities, order pipelines, and conversion rates to identify improvement
areas.

Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales processes and strategies.
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in business development or sales within the Energy Sector (Power Plants, Oil & Gas) is required.

Knowledge of valves, gas turbines, and filters is a plus.
-
Experience in sales with technical products from European makers is a plus.

Fluent in English.

Quick learner with a proactive attitude and a good understanding of technical and
commercial matters.

Strong sales mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong follow-up skills and target-driven approach.
-
Solid organizational, planning, and time management skills.
-
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Vietnam.
-
Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems.
