Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead agile engineering teams for our client. The successful candidate will manage engineering standards, oversee sprint planning and execution, and foster cross-functional collaboration on product goals and tech roadmaps. This role also involves technical debt management, quality assurance, and career development for engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Led agile teams, ensuring code quality, testing, and performance standards.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve engineering goals and align with the tech roadmap.
- Contribute to architecture and design for current and future frameworks.
- Mentor engineers, promote versatile (T-shaped) skills, and manage career paths.
- Oversee lifecycle development processes, technical documentation, and DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in software development, with 4+ years in engineering leadership.
- Expertise in Microservices, REST APIs, MySQL/MongoDB, and AWS or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum practices and managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
