About the Job
This position is responsible for technical design, technology solution selection, and hands-on development to meet actual business needs. Participating in the development of system architecture, as well as building and ensuring architectural standards in accordance with the bank's business or development requirements and architectural blueprints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project implementation and development
- Own and be accountable for technical design solutions/functions, application system development, and integration decisions.
- Collaborate with business partners, the Enterprise Architect, the Integration Architect, and other groups to identify system technical and functional requirements.
- Ensure that the defined development life cycle, good software design practices, and architectural strategy and intent are followed.
- Participate in technology investment projects beginning with solution research, evaluating and proposing suitable solutions in accordance with the roadmap, including creating scoreboards and evaluating suitable solutions for technical points in accordance with standards. Participate in the appropriate implementation plan for technology standards.
- Consult with clients and develop comprehensive solutions based on technological principles and standards.
- Implement company policies in areas such as development methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management, and compliance.
- Manage and monitor changes to the solution architecture to ensure the technology system's integrity, standardization, and consistency.
- Analyze, define, and document data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system requirements.
- Coordinate solution coding, testing, implementation, and documentation.
2. Improvements
- Investigate new technological trends
- Contribute to the development and establishment of technological standards consistent with development goals, such as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, openness to various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risks, ensuring for current use and future expansion, and so on.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of architectural and technological design manuals.
- Additional responsibilities
- As assigned, participate in technology risk management.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by Project Managers/Line Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from a science and technology university with a good grade or higher in Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics, and Telecommunications, such as Polytechnic University, National University.... or International Programme
- At least 7 years in a related field
- Ability to code
- Effective English communication
- Other requirements include understanding and knowledge of applying and selecting technologies in the financial services industry, as well as designing and building technology systems for organizations with high transaction volumes in accordance with development orientations. development, security, and efficacy
