Enterprise Customer Solutions Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drive successful onboarding and accelerate adoption of the company platform among key clients, helping them maximize business value from the partnership and solutions provided.
    • Act as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle, creating success plans with clear milestones and maintaining transparent communication during all post implementation activities.
    • Deliver training, guidance, and best practices to increase product adoption and customer engagement.
    • Proactively identify and manage potential risks, maintaining regular touchpoints and leading resolution strategies when challenges arise.
    • Build strong customer relationships and develop advocates through participation in case studies, webinars, reference programs, and thought leadership content.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and leadership teams to uncover and support account growth and expansion opportunities.
    • Assist with subscription renewals by coordinating timely invoicing and managing enhancement requests, feature improvements, or development initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
    • Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including C suite and SVP level executives.
    • Experience conducting executive business reviews and presenting strategic insights to leadership teams.
    • Background in ESG, sustainability, environmental consulting, or related fields is an advantage.
    • Experience delivering product training, user enablement, or adoption programs.
    • • Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional, confident, and engaging virtual presence.
    • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving, and globally collaborative environment.
