Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise ERP transformation roadmap, covering scope, timeline, budget, risk, quality, and governance
- Drive end-to-end D365 ERP implementation across business functions, from fit-gap analysis, blueprint, testing, deployment, go-live to hypercare
- Govern integration between D365 and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and operational standards
- Manage project reporting, risk escalation, vendors, SI partners, and implementation quality
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, leadership teams, regional/global teams, and implementation partners
- Lead cross-functional ERP teams, set delivery objectives, and develop internal ERP capability
- Oversee data migration, master data governance, and data quality readiness
- Drive change management, user adoption, training, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
- Utilize Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform for project governance and reporting
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification preferred
- 8+ years of experience in ERP, IT transformation, or enterprise technology programs
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation or transformation projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Experience managing enterprise-scale ERP programs with complex integrations and multi-module scope
- Solid understanding of ERP lifecycle, governance, and delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Power Platform
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and organizational change capabilities
- Strong business process understanding and technical credibility in enterprise ERP environments
