Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi
Key Responsibilities:
- The role involves leading and managing the comprehensive process of transitioning the company to a new ERP system. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with team members and the IT vendor to conduct Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis.
- Collaborating with team members and management to identify and designate tasks and processes that should remain “offline.”
- Restructuring workflows and establishing data-entry protocols alongside team members.
- Developing an implementation plan in collaboration with the IT vendor.
- Assisting the ERP team with project-related administrative tasks.
- Facilitating the onboarding of over 50 users.
- Monitoring the implementation and go-live phases closely to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in implementing and supporting business software systems (such as ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, etc.).
- Experience in the garment industry.
- Good in English (proficiency in Chinese is a plus).
- Proficient in networking, file sharing, and database management.
- Expertise in linking business processes to system functions.
- Collaborative team player with an approachable personality.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and explanation skills.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues early on.
What We Offer:
- Salary: Negotiable + 13th-month salary, allowances, and other benefits.
- Working time: 09:00 - 18:00, Mon – Fri, Saturday 08:00 – 12:00, off 02 Saturday/month with a flexible schedule.
