We are seeking a passionate and experienced ESG Change Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the organization's transformation towards a more sustainable future. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change management strategies that support the integration of ESG principles into all aspects of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for ESG initiatives, considering stakeholder needs and organizational culture.
- Facilitate communication and engagement across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and understanding of ESG goals and initiatives.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to embrace and implement ESG practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of new processes and systems to support ESG compliance and reporting.
- Track progress, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement within the change management process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, collaboration, and buy-in for ESG initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in ESG and change management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex change initiatives, from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application within the financial sector.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to track and analyze change management data.
