Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager to join our client’s team in Vietnam. You will lead the expansion of their flagship B2B SaaS product across Vietnam, and eventually into other markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B software sales and a passion for solving customer challenges through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage team goals and performance indicators (KGI/KPI)
- Optimize sales administration processes and implement improvements
- Lead end-to-end sales operations from lead generation to closing
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, follow-ups)
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Support the development of promotional campaigns and sales events
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams
- Contribute to long-term strategy planning for ASEAN market expansion
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team in Vietnam
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales, particularly in B2B software or SaaS
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to make high-volume calls and manage multiple accounts
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the manufacturing industry
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience in business development or consulting
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects
- Japanese language skills (a plus but not required)
