Responsibilities
- Support planning, budgeting, and business analysis by identifying key objectives, evaluating trends, and recommending solutions to the Finance & Accounting Manager and Plant Director.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to provide insights and recommend corrective actions for operational performance improvement.
- Oversee operational and business expenses across departments while identifying opportunities for cost savings and productivity enhancement.
- Analyze business unit performance through internal reporting systems and ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
- Manage working capital elements, monitor headcount planning, and validate industrial costing during budgeting cycles and throughout the fiscal year.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies, Group standards, and local regulations through regular testing, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
- Review, optimize, and implement standard operating procedures and internal control frameworks to strengthen operational efficiency and governance.
- Coordinate internal control improvement projects, including segregation of duties, fraud prevention, payment security, and other compliance related initiatives.
- Work closely with external auditors and internal audit teams to address identified gaps and ensure timely implementation of corrective action plans.
- Raise awareness of internal control principles across departments and support managers in establishing compliant local procedures aligned with Group standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop team capabilities while supporting organizational and process changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Controlling, Financial Controlling, or similar finance functions.
