Finance Director

Reports to: Vietnam General Manager, Global CFO

Profile Highlights:

1. Proven track record in overseeing M&A processes, due diligence, and integration of new ownership strategies. (Hands-on involved)

2. Full accountability for financial strategy, operations, and reporting.

3. Hands-on leadership of month-end closings, management reporting, and financial analysis.

4. Drive cash flow management and liquidity planning to ensure financial stability

5. Manage direct relationships with banks and tax authorities.

6. Lead and coach the local finance team, ensuring robust and accurate financial administration.

7. Extensive FMCG/food processing industry experience; strong international perspective.

8. Languages: Fluent Vietnamese and proficient English; Spanish is a strong advantage.

9. Proactive, results-driven, and an effective communicator in dynamic environments.
