Reports to: CFO
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the financial performance of the subsidiaries within the Group, collaborating with F&A team of the subsidiaries to identify unusual issues or areas where subsidiaries require support from the Group.
- Develop and prepare financial and management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including management reports for both the Group and subsidiaries.
- Review financial statements and other reports prepared and submitted by subsidiaries to the Group.
- Analyze the performance/business results of the subsidiaries and provide insights to the Group's Executive Team.
- Participate with the Executive Team in business planning and the preparation of the annual budget.
- Ensure the implementation of effective systems and adequate internal controls within the Group for the subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with teams/subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate cash flow forecasting for the Group. Monitor forecast deviations and propose continuous forecast improvements.
- Perform other tasks as required by the CEO/CFO.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is highly preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including group consolidation and financial reporting, ideally within a multinational or listed company environment
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, ability to analyze financial statements and business performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across regions and teams.
- Proficiency in managing foreign exchange impacts and complex group structures is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
