Key Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth research and assessment of companies, credits, sectors, and corporate bonds.
- Deliver high-quality research aligned with regional standards, local policies, and required timelines.
- Integrate ESG factors into credit, company, and sector assessments.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing and potential credits to support investment decisions.
- Provide fixed income research, market insights, and investment recommendations to the Head of Fixed Income and Investment Committee.
- Present research findings and investment assessments to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate the review of bond documentation with legal, risk, operations, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure credit research, trades, and related information are accurately maintained in Aladdin.
- Support credit investment execution, monitoring, and other fixed income activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree/CFA preferred.
- SSC license required.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, with strong exposure to corporate, sector, or credit research.
- Strong fundamental research, financial analysis, and industry knowledge.
- Ability to deliver accurate, high-quality research within deadlines.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, ethical, and highly responsible.
- Collaborative team player who is adaptable and comfortable working in an integrated investment environment.
