LOCATION: Thanh Hoa
POSITION PURPOSE:
The primary mission of this role is to ensure timely availability of products at optimal costs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Collaborate with the Development team to create an appealing supply package (pricing, lead time, minimum order quantity, flexibility).
· Manage forecasting and order processes.
· Handle product referencing and pricing in the system.
· Oversee production planning.
· Continuously improve the value chain.
· Optimize production inventory.
· Lead efforts toward operational excellence.
· Coordinate with customers and suppliers to drive supply activities.
SUCCESS PROFILE - QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
· Minimum 3 years of experience in supply management, preferably in the footwear industry.
· Proficiency in English/Vietnamese (Chinese proficiency is advantageous).
· Proactive and innovative mindset.
· Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
· Costing experience is a plus
