LOCATION: Thanh Hoa
POSITION PURPOSE:
The primary mission of this role is to enhance supplier expertise in producing high-quality footwear efficiently and cost-effectively.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Oversee the industrialization process for new products, from sample to mass production.
· Optimize initial production to ensure quality and technical standards for mass production.
· Provide ongoing support to factories to enhance production efficiency.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
· Manage product quality from production to shipment.
· Enhance quality systems within supplier networks.
· Train and mentor supplier quality teams.
· Ensure compliance with the company’s standards and local regulations.
SUCCESS PROFILE - QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the footwear industry.
· Proficiency in English/Vietnamese (Chinese proficiency is advantageous).
· Proactive and willing to innovate.
· Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
