Report to: Oncology Business Unit Director
Job Description:
- Lead sales and marketing efforts to meet portfolio P&L targets.
- Craft portfolio strategies grounded in scientific expertise and market insights to drive sustainable growth and enhance brand market share.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Promote effective cross-functional collaboration to manage inventory in line with established plans and policies. Additionally, collaborate to develop the diagnostic landscape to ensure early patient identification.
- Align sales force deployment with strategy and commercial objectives to achieve business targets.
- Mentor and guide the team through performance management, talent development, and career progression. Provide leadership to ensure consistent performance, individual responsibility, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare managers for future leadership roles in Sales & Marketing.
- Drive and collaborate on cross-functional projects of strategic significance.
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance to protect the organization's reputation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being preferred.
- Proven track record in Oncology sales.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing Leadership across various functions.
- Extensive experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated abilities in leadership, communication, budget management, presentation, and negotiation.
