Front Office Manager

    About the hiring company: Our client is a 5-star hospitality complex, part of a renowned international hospitality group founded in the USA decades ago. The complex offers wellness services (both Eastern and Western styles), a hotel and softel, golf facilities, art galleries, performing arts venues, and other amenities.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the overall operation of the global Front Office.
    • Manage and implement the training program.
    • Ensure guest satisfaction aligns with the Hotel’s philosophy.
    • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent and efficient service, as well as politeness among staff members.
    • Control Front Office expenses and maximize revenue through room and outlet sales.
    • Report monthly on departmental revenue and expenses, managing all confidential and financially related information of the Front Office.
    • Handle highly confidential information related to finances, employees, corporate data, legal matters, and taxes daily.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
    • Excellent proficiency in English (high professional or native level)

    • Ability to consistently project a hospitable service atmosphere
    • Dedication to the job as business demands
    • Strong leadership and management skills
