About the hiring company: Our client is a 5-star hospitality complex, part of a renowned international hospitality group founded in the USA decades ago. The complex offers wellness services (both Eastern and Western styles), a hotel and softel, golf facilities, art galleries, performing arts venues, and other amenities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of the global Front Office.
- Manage and implement the training program.
- Ensure guest satisfaction aligns with the Hotel’s philosophy.
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent and efficient service, as well as politeness among staff members.
- Control Front Office expenses and maximize revenue through room and outlet sales.
- Report monthly on departmental revenue and expenses, managing all confidential and financially related information of the Front Office.
- Handle highly confidential information related to finances, employees, corporate data, legal matters, and taxes daily.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
