Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Webtoon services with a focus on performance and user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with global Webtoon teams to ensure smooth integration and consistency across platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ReactJS, with advanced-level knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of frontend development experience, ideally in high-traffic, large-scale systems.
- Strong grasp of frontend system stability and scalability.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous request handling, AJAX, partial page rendering, Node.js, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Committed to writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Possess a collaborative mindset, honesty, and a positive, open attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience optimizing front-end performance.
- Skilled in responsive web design.
- Practical experience with Node.js in development and operations.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in deployment environments.
- Basic Korean communication skills will be considered a strong advantage.
