Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, Next.js, and Golang.
- Build and implement Agentic AI workflows, including tool-using agents, memory, multi-step processes, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Develop and manage AI Ops pipelines for LLM-powered applications, covering deployment, monitoring, evaluation, version control, cost management, and observability.
- Integrate LLMs, AI models, APIs, data sources, and internal tools into production-ready applications.
- Design scalable and resilient systems, including service architecture, data flows, caching, queues, retries, and failure handling.
- Develop efficient database structures, queries, and data flows to support reliable applications.
- Design, implement, and document REST, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs for internal and external users.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams to transform AI concepts and prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Take ownership of system reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, and incident response.
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture planning, technical discussions, and product discovery.
- Drive continuous improvement while delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience developing full-stack applications, backend services, APIs, and production software.
- Strong professional experience with Python and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of Golang or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered applications, Agentic AI, or LLM-based systems.
- Understanding of agent orchestration, including tool use, memory, multi-step workflows, multiple LLM calls, and multi-agent systems.
- Practical knowledge of AI Ops/MLOps, including model and prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and production support.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, caching, load balancing, and distributed systems.
- Experience with API development and integration, including REST, gRPC, or GraphQL, authentication, versioning, and documentation.
- Solid experience with databases, schema design, query optimization, and data architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and ownership skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
