Responsibility:
- Collaborate closely with developers to enhance the overall value delivered through engineering
- Develop and maintain self-service tools and internal platforms that empower product teams
- Continuously improve development workflows and environments, including introducing or optimizing internal tools
- Contribute to scaling the product through robust technical solutions and cross-team collaboration
- Participate in systematizing complex domains into scalable and maintainable systems
- Engage in cross-functional initiatives with QA, SRE, and security specialists across the organization

Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in web application development
- Proven ability to make decisions on technology stack, system architecture, and end-to-end service design
- Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and maintaining high code quality through tools like Linters, Code Analyzers, API tests, and E2E tests
- Proficient in statically typed languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Java/Kotlin, or Go
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Fluent in English (CEFR B1 or above), capable of handling daily communication and meetings in English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Background in platform engineering within large engineering teams (50+ members)
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments
- Conversational Japanese (JLPT N2 level or higher preferred)
