Position Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive logistics automation transformation strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and manufacturing processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to assess current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement through automation and digitalization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate automation initiatives with broader company strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment.
- Automation & Digitalization:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems within the logistics function, including robotics, AI, IoT, and advanced analytics.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms to enhance logistics operations, such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and supply chain visibility solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of automation technologies with existing IT infrastructure and ERP systems.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyze logistics workflows and processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction through automation.
- Implement process improvements and best practices that enhance logistics performance, reduce lead times, and increase accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Led, mentored, and developed a high-performing team of logistics and automation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, procurement, IT, and quality teams, to ensure the smooth execution of automation projects.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to leverage cutting-edge solutions and industry best practices.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that all logistics automation projects comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruption.
Position Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with a focus on automation and digital transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale automation projects within a manufacturing or logistics environment, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Expertise in automation technologies such as robotics, AI, IoT, and data analytics, as well as experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
- Fluency in English;
- Willingness to travel as needed to oversee project implementations and collaborate with global teams.
