Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage the company's quality standards, including product quality, quality systems, and quality processes, and ensure the effective operation of the quality department.
• Conduct necessary guidance to related teams/departments to achieve the quality standards as required by buyers and organizations as well as to extend the annual accreditation certifications.
• Keep quality records to ensure customer satisfaction, process capability, testing requirements, and inspection conducts as well as enable the identification & tractability of products.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the quality team to improve the team’s performance and develop the team’s capabilities to meet current and future business needs.
• Handle buyers’ product safety audit, and audit follow-up to ensure buyer standard is kept.
• Coordinate buyers’ QA inspections & ensure to follow up all the shipments’ schedule.
• Identify training needs, make training plans, and conduct training programs for team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirement and Experience:
• Good garment quality management experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience at the manager level in garment factories.
• Good communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Good analytical skills, leadership, and management.
• English competency in 4 skills.
• Good ad MS Office, Outlook….
• Quick adaptability to new things and new working practices
• Good knowledge of modern quality system management, quality strategies
• Good experience with woven products, like jackets (seam sealing, down…), pants, shirts...
