The hiring company – EV Search’s client – is a world leading group in textile and garment with headquarter in Hong Kong and many factories in Vietnam.
This Technical Manager is expected to manage Pattern and Sample Room with over 60 headcounts. More details are as follow:
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Make sure that all samples are approved following criteria that provided by buyers/ headquarter from fit stage.
· Manage all garment technical tasks for bulk production from PP making stage.
· Be able to work with related team including: merchandising, quality, production …to solve production issues in terms of pattern, garment construction, fabric …
· Manage teams so that all staffs fully follow company’s regulations.
· Develop subordinates in their career path
· Cost saving, wastes reduction.
· Reporting to foreign Manager.
Requirement and Experience:
· Can speak both Vietnamese and English.
· Bachelor's degree, in garment/textile is a plus.
· Min 3 years of experience in garment pattern and garment samples management.
· Good practice about pattern software.
· Good leadership, management and communication.
