Work location: Bac Ninh, Ha Noi, Hai Duong, Hai Phong
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities
- Create a growth strategy and set goals accordingly
- Keep track of budgets and optimize expenses.
- Establish policies and procedures
- Ensure a productive and professional working environment for your employees
- In charge of new employee recruitment and training
- Review and improve operations and financial performance
- Be responsible for the employee evaluation process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations and recommend solutions if issues arise (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Job requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or a similar executive role
- Can carry out planning and budgeting practices
- Understand business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Great communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Honest person
- Vietnamese, aged 40 to 50.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Excellent command of the English language.
