Responsibilities:
- Create a sales strategy and plan to target the Institutional segment.
- Hire and develop a B2B sales team focused on Institutions.
- Identify and address distribution issues in SW and EE regions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Collaborate with product development to research and identify new product opportunities.
- Manage logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
- Expand business into new regions and value chains.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with counterparties and credit.
- Prepare and monitor weekly reports on book value and currency exposure.
- Assist with month-end financial activities, including BRM preparation.
- Track overhead expenses and ensure they stay within budget.
Requirements:
An MBA with 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience is required. Experience in Africa is a plus.
