General Manager (Institutional Sales & Business Development)

    Responsibilities:

    • Create a sales strategy and plan to target the Institutional segment.
    • Hire and develop a B2B sales team focused on Institutions.
    • Identify and address distribution issues in SW and EE regions.
    • Build strong relationships with key customers.
    • Prepare sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Collaborate with product development to research and identify new product opportunities.
    • Manage logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
    • Expand business into new regions and value chains.
    • Evaluate and manage risks associated with counterparties and credit.
    • Prepare and monitor weekly reports on book value and currency exposure.
    • Assist with month-end financial activities, including BRM preparation.
    • Track overhead expenses and ensure they stay within budget.

    Requirements:

    An MBA with 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience is required. Experience in Africa is a plus.
