Job Responsibility
Operational Leadership
- Direct and oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to achieve production targets, maximize efficiency, and optimize costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, environmental regulations, and international standards.
People Management
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong cross-functional leadership team covering operations, HR, finance, IT, quality, and supply chain.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Drive training and development initiatives to enhance capabilities and upskill local teams.
Strategic & Financial Oversight
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the annual factory budget, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives while safeguarding product quality and service excellence.
Supply Chain & Customer Focus
- Secure timely procurement of raw materials, equipment, and spare parts.
- Collaborate closely with global teams and customers to meet delivery timelines and quality expectations.
- Oversee export/import operations and maintain strong partnerships with logistics providers.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational performance.
- Champion factory automation, digital transformation, and best practices to increase efficiency.
- Lead structured problem-solving initiatives and corrective action planning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in factory start-up, operational scaling, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of production systems, quality management standards (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma) and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Language: Proficient English and Fluent Chinese
