Key Responsibilities
Government Relations Development & Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government authorities and relevant regulatory bodies
- Work directly with government agencies on matters related to company operations and compliance
- Represent the company in external affairs activities, official meetings, and government related events
Policy Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor and update legal regulations and government policies affecting business operations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Recommend appropriate solutions to minimize policy and regulatory risks
Strategic Advisory & Support
- Advise the Board of Directors on government relations, policy, and regulatory matters
- Support the resolution of issues arising with government authorities and external stakeholders
- Contribute to business development strategies based on policy trends and the regulatory environment
Issue Handling & Risk Management
- Proactively manage and resolve issues involving government agencies and external parties
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between the company and relevant stakeholders
- Minimize legal, compliance, and reputational risks related to external relations
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or related fields
- Experience working with government authorities or in a similar Government Relations role
- Good understanding of Vietnam’s governmental system and legal environment
Language
- Good Chinese communication skills, with the ability to work directly with Taiwanese management

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
