About the Role
This is a senior leadership position, responsible for designing and implementing group-wide financial systems, driving strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring operational and financial alignment across entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee FP&A activities across multiple business units, delivering insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.
- Design and implement group-wide financial controls, reporting frameworks, and compliance processes.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow at both group and entity levels.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Contribute to M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition reporting.
- Build scalable financial systems and processes to support organizational growth and complexity.
- Deliver executive-level financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8 -10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in group-level or multi-entity leadership.
- Proven expertise in FP&A, financial operations, and strategic planning.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring is highly desirable.
- Strong track record in developing and scaling financial systems in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of the entertainment, gaming, or IP-driven industries is an added advantage.
