Growth Marketing Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    Event & Field Marketing

    • Plan and execute in person and virtual marketing events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, roundtables, and community meetups.
    • Manage end to end event operations, including venue selection, vendor coordination, speaker management, attendee engagement, budgeting, and event delivery.
    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and co marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and audience reach.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, communities, and industry stakeholders while tracking partnership performance and ROI.

    Demand Generation

    • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across online and offline channels to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
    • Create engaging event themes, content strategies, and lead nurturing programs aligned with different stages of the customer journey.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to develop compelling messaging, technical content, and go to market initiatives.
    • Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support business and product strategy.

    Content & Marketing Assets

    • Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, one pagers, case studies, sales presentations, and event collateral.
    • Ensure brand consistency and maintain up to date content tailored to target audiences and marketing channels.

    Lead Management & Performance Tracking

    • Track, qualify, and nurture leads generated through events and marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools.
    • Partner with Sales teams to ensure effective lead handover and conversion tracking.
    • Measure campaign and event performance through key metrics such as lead generation, pipeline contribution, ROI, and customer acquisition cost.

    Requirements

    • 1 to 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
    • Proven success in organizing and executing events, webinars, and campaigns that generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
    • Strong understanding of lead management, CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign performance measurement.
    • Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
    • Ability to manage partnerships, sponsorships, vendors, and external stakeholders.
    • Strong project management, budgeting, and communication skills.
    • Analytical and data driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth initiatives.
    • Interest or experience in AI, SaaS, technology startups, or emerging technologies is highly preferred.
    • Experience working with startup ecosystems, founder communities, accelerators, or SMB networks is a plus.
    • Existing relationships within technology, AI, or startup communities would be advantageous.
