The Hiring Company (EV Search’s Client) is an Edtech firm which is operating in Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore with almost 200 team members. They were founded by alumni of top 20 US universities.
In Vietnam, they are operating in both Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City, and provide K-12 after-school educational services across Southeast Asia. They are leaders in English language teaching, competitive debating, test preparation, and admissions consulting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manage admission consultant teams, make sure they are well trained. Oversea the QA of all teaching curricula, timely plan and oversea R&D of new curricula to support student development.
· Responsible for the operation of admission consultant team, collect and analyzes parents/students’ feedback for service improvement. Working with marketing team to achieve goals.
· Manage all team’s tasks in good priority orders and follow company’s standard.
· Oversees the HR development plan, team members’ well-being…, enforces company’s policies…
· Supporting sales to help to close client leads…
Requirement and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree from top 20 US universities.
· Min 5 years of experience in colleges/universities admission counselling and extra-curricular activities
· Good experience and knowledge about admission processes, financial aids
· Good at leadership, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, time management…
