Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the admissions process to meet enrolment targets.
- Supervise the admissions team and allocate workloads effectively.
- Engage with prospective families and guide them through the admissions journey.
- Coordinate with marketing to plan recruitment events and campaigns.
- Review and update admissions policies and procedures.
- Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements based on feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in admissions or customer service, preferably in international education.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
