Head of Aftersales & Spare Parts

    Key Responsibilities:
    •    Establishes measurable objectives for aftersales and technical support activities in markets, encompassing product performance, warranties, and field management.
    •    Sets guidelines for spare parts and accessories logistics aligned with sales planning.
    •    Prepares necessary tools for aftersales activities, including technical support and spare parts supply, managed either directly or through the technical support network.
    •    Monitors network support levels, including technical help desk operations, training, technical documentation, equipment, and service centers.
    •    Ensures accurate definition of spare parts catalogs in alignment with marketing strategies.
    •    Identifies, proposes, and develops sales objectives for volumes, product mix, turnover, market share, and profitability within their purview. Implements these objectives by optimizing product stocks in the sales network, managing the sell-in and sell-out processes, and ensuring customer and network satisfaction.
    •    Develops and recommends short and medium-term sales policies, objectives, and plans for their area of responsibility. Sizes structural and sales costs to align with sales objectives, focusing on optimization.
    •    Provides the network with updates on product evolution, market trends, and competition. Collaborates with Sales Planning to optimize product stocks in owned warehouses and across the network. Proposes and executes promotional initiatives in line with approved plans and budgets.

    Qualifications:
    •    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
    •    Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales, Aftersales & Customer Service, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
    •    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    •    Solid understanding of after-sales service processes and best practices.
    •    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    •    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
    •    In-depth knowledge of the Asia-Pacific market and cultural nuances.
    •    Proficiency in English. 
    •    Willingness to travel as required.
