Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Main duties:
- Achieve the sales objectives/ targets for the assigned sales channel.
- Generate sales and contribute to the volume and profit of the company by planning, executing, and evaluating sales and marketing programs and activities in area/ customers in charged.
- Plan the execution for field sales by channel, by area sales manager, by province sales supervisor, by distributor/ or agent and ensure the strictly execution and compliance.
- Establish and implement shorts and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunity, direct sales, and new customer development.
- Analyze the sales data to recommend, implement and consult the solutions for improvement of the company.
- Update competitor’s information to foresee the potential risks from competitors and pre-vent the negative impact to the business result, and to have timely and suitable reactions.
- Building good relationship with customer to maintain and develop the merchandising status in order to boost the company product visibility.
- Develop a sales strategy suitable to each system and region/ Supervising the implementation of the company's business plans.
- Manage and analyze sales through daily sales reports / week / month / year and make changes to sales plan / strategy as needed to improve business performance.
- Recruit, train/coach and develop effective sales team to fulfill the target.
- Responsible for business plans of all channels to ensure business goals achieved in the approved budget.
- Coordinate with other functions to build and develop the business growth.
- Report to CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Economics, Finance & Banking, Business Administration)
- Experience in developing trustworthy partnership with corporate customers
- Having existing good relationship with banking and financial institutions is a plus
- Good understanding in fintech / banking sector
- Hard-working, energetic, ready-to-learn
- Ability to work under pressure and extended hours
- Independent, team-work and presentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, good command in English is a plus
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point…)
