Head of Business Development

    Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Build media relations: Develop a communication strategy in the media (print, online, television, radio, etc.). Strengthen existing media relationships and expand relationships with relevant fields.
    • Manage media events: Organize and manage media events. Report and analyze communication results for each project.
    • Manage media information and content: Handle interview requests and questions from the media, coordinate closely with the investor relations department.
    • Manage communication risks: Build relationships with media units to limit media attacks that affect the company's business; control and advise the Board of Directors on how to prevent and handle communication crises.
    • Develop and expand potential investors:
      • Advise investors Open-Ended Fund products, aiming for efficient investment accumulation in mutual funds according to financial plans and investors' risk appetite;
      • Assist customers in completing procedures related to opening accounts and conducting Fund Certificate transactions;
      • Find and develop new customers for the Fund through relationships with partner channels and individuals.
    • Take care of existing investors:
      • Maintain periodic and ad-hoc information to investors related to the Fund's activities;
      • Support investors in buying/selling Fund Certificates;
      • Assist in building and implementing a care plan for the Fund's special customer groups.
    • Reporting:
      • Support the Head of Department and Fund Director in preparing Fund documents, periodic Fund reports, and publishing necessary information about investor transactions;
      • Complete relevant reports as prescribed by state management agencies;
      • Act as a focal point for working and connecting with distribution partners and product development;
      • Analyze customer data through channels and fund management market trends to make recommendations to improve customer development

    Job Requirements, Skills, Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Knowledge and experience working in corporate communications, economics, finance (minimum 3 years)
    • Ability to communicate, plan, analyze, and handle situations
    • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
    • Skills in building relationships with media agencies and relevant parties
    • Flexible problem-solving and working under high pressure
    • Experience working in investment funds or the stock market is an advantage
    • Good time management skills and meticulousness in work
