Job Description:
- Take primary responsibility for developing, modifying, communicating, and guiding the application of debt recovery policies within the unit;
- Propose appropriate policies to manage risks in debt recovery activities;
- Coordinate with debt recovery department heads to set targets, establish reward structures, allocate, and control recovery costs;
- Conduct in-depth analyses to formulate debt recovery strategies for different periods;
- Build the organizational model, define roles and responsibilities of the Department based on job descriptions according to assigned functions and tasks;
- Manage and allocate customer lists, and effectively allocate recovery resources;
- Responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and supervising employees within the Debt Recovery Strategy Department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or an equivalent qualification;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in reporting and debt recovery analysis;
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position at an equivalent level;
- In-depth knowledge of consumer financial products, services, and debt recovery operations;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Comprehensive understanding of debt recovery processes (systems, legal aspects, customer service, etc.);
- Familiarity with loan management systems and risk management metrics.
