Job Description:
- Manage, plan, and implement the unit's annual/periodic business plans.
- Develop, execute, and promote business programs to sell securities products and services on digital platforms.
- Design trading strategies for clients, build advisory products and create customer development programs via digital platforms.
- Analyze, evaluate, and monitor data management, customer behavior, and data analytics on digital channels.
- Advise on new policies/products/services and propose adjustments to improve existing policies/products/services for customers at the company.
- Organize and implement marketing campaigns and programs to attract customers.
- Maintain and expand the client base, including both new and existing customers.
- Develop and finalize documents, regulations, products, and processes related to digital business activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience managing digital business operations or working in finance/banking/securities sectors.
- Held equivalent management positions in other financial organizations.
- Strong understanding of the securities market and relevant legal regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, corporate financial management, information system management, and other business functions.
- Possession of Securities Brokerage Practice Certificate and Derivatives Certificate.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in financial institutions, securities companies, banks, fintech, digital marketing, or tech companies.
- CFA, CMT certification holders, and those with experience in digital transformation projects.
- IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 750+.
