Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for business growth, overseeing business development, marketing, and operations with a focus on user acquisition and increasing trading volume in the market.
- Operate as a business leader: innovate strategies to elevate operational standards, design local business models, and implement them effectively.
- Build and lead a high-performing team by managing, coaching, and setting the hiring strategy to meet market needs and long-term goals.
- Manage budgeting processes, track P&L performance, and ensure financial and operational targets, such as user growth and trading metrics, are achieved.
- Drive key marketing initiatives locally, including forging new partnerships and organizing community events.
- Represent the company at local events, in media, and in engagements with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of success in a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A motivational leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Deep enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency sector; having industry connections is a valuable advantage.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
